Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the order, shipping address, size, color, or product selection. Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
Shipping
Shipping times vary based on the destination, carrier, shipping method, and product type. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email if tracking is available.
MNYS is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or delivery issues outside of our control.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Because many MNYS products are limited, made to order, or produced in small batches, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Please review product details, sizing, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the request and, if approved, may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are not guaranteed. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Because many items are limited or produced on demand, we may not be able to offer exchanges for sizing issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MNYS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen.
If your package is marked delivered and you cannot locate it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building management, mailroom, or delivery location first.

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.
